We may suspend accounts for violations. You may terminate anytime by contacting us.
Payment Terms
Pricing & Processing

Refund Policy
Due to immediate digital delivery, refunds are generally not provided once an audit starts. Contact us within 7 days for technical issues preventing delivery.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elmo SEO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. We'll first try to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
Arbitration
Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration in San Francisco under AAA rules. Class actions are waived.
